All the onesies are for Beck till he is 24 months. I got 7 swaddlers for baby gifts as well as two hat sets, 2 blankets and a toy...and to think I only went down that isle for q-tips.

I am starting to smile and coo...... mom loves it!

....grandparents where here every night while I am preparing dinner. We will be sad to see them go tomorrow.

I get bored easily...

This morning I got up to workout at 5:45 but then realized that in our apartment complex there is a bedroom below our living room so I'll work out after the kids breakfast.  Since I was up I decided to read next Sundays RS lesson. I've been struggling with boredom when writing in my journal and scripture reading so recently I modified things.

I started journaling and reading by note taking with colors and pictures.  I am finding that it keeps.me engaged and it makes me enjoy re reading past entries. I note take in my journal now any time I am reading the scriptures, a lesson or my daily thoughts...its really helped. I can honestly say its also increased my daily enthusiasm for these things.

So the RS lesson was Richard G Scott's "How to obtain personal revelation and inspiration for your daily life." I loved it!!!

5:30 am...

... and I'm not complaining. Beck slept from 10:30-5:30 which was wonderful. I fed him.and then he spit up all over me so after cleaning up I was wide wake. This.gave me.a chance to read tomorrow's Sunday school lesson and write in my journal. I now feel ready mentally to face the day... even better, my 5 day migraine appears to be finally gone. Maybe now I can be more patient and cheerful with my family.

This little guy in the past week has started sleeping 6-7 hous a night!!! I luuuuve it!

Cant eat this after Monday...and its my birthday so we cut into this a few days early! Kids can have some tomorrow...its heavenly!

We have an awesome library here with a great evening kids dept. They even have a a huge infant play room. So the oldest 4 in the family got library cards today and then proceeded to walk out with alot of books! I love it!!!

Goal for Year #29

In the past 8 years I've gone but from (total honesty here) 165-230 lbs.  I really want to change that so when I was invited to join a workout group I jumped on it. We have a good coach and each of us are doing this from home.

I have a goal that by next year at this time when I am turning 30 to be in much better shape. So we star on Monday the 21 and end Aug 21....this wont be easy.

1. Work out 5-6 days a week.  3 of these workouts being Insanity.

2. Eat 1700 cal a day and lots of H2O. Eating every 2-3 hours.

3. Blog on our groups page often.

4. Record everything on MyFitnessPal.com

5. Wake up at 5:45, Bed at 10

Wish me luck,  ask how its going. I hope by honestly bogging about this I will feel more accountable.

It seems like this blog has turned into my supplemental journal. I found the paper today that Christy used to write down notes from Beck's baby blessing. With the move and everything I don't want to loose it, so just in case a copy is going to be stored here. :)
