Quick Little Project

I have a super generous friend who gave us her couch and two Ikea chairs as they were moving to CA.  I decided that the chairs needed a. more color b. a darker cover to last longer with children.

So here is the before:

I'm not an excellent seamstress but it works. The pictures don't do the fabric Justice, looking at it makes me happy and cheerful. Last step will be painting these chairs a different color....they will be in a room with lt colored and dk colored wood...so I am thinking of painting them a lt blue or green....just to add a little bit more color. :)
